I am sure everyone has more pressing needs than this, but I wanted to fill that hole in my hood with a washer spray head and would rather not hunt through a dozen junkyards for the part.  Not sure if later models will work, the hole is 5/16" and the barb should be 3/16" or 1/4".  Willing to buy or trade.

Since no one locally seemed to have any extras, today I purchased a used one from Scout Connection in Iowa for $10 plus UPS shipping cost.  I later received a quote from Light Line of LA for a used one at the same price. Moral of the story: they are still around if someone else needs one.

I fabricated my own washer bottle out of a polycarbonate water bottle I had and some plumber's strap, after I noticed that ScoutParts.com wanted about $200 for the set.  Dave at Scout Connection has some interesting information regarding the washer bottle and bracket.  He said the 800 water bottles are hard to come by and very brittle even if you find one.  He said that the later model 800B's like mine had the Scout II version of the water bottle which is much larger than the cylindrical bottle on the early 800's.  He said the mount was near the upper left (driver's) side of the firewall, resembled a top hat, and used the large rectangular Scout II water bottle.  Not sure which one mine had because I have empty holes in the upper left firewall and also in the left inner fender.  I am guessing mine had the old style, and so I mounted my fabricated bottle in two of the existing 4 holes in the inner fender.
