Vehicle Registration

Early Registration is available until January 4, 2027 at a reduced price of $65 and includes a free 2027 Rendezvous t-shirt. After January 5, registration price will be $85. Please indicate your t-shirt size and male or female when you register. Cost is per vehicle. Please submit a separate registration form for each vehicle. Please choose a class for each vehicle: Street: A vehicle in the STREET class must have an IH engine/transmission/transfer-case, as offered in that vehicle, and may also include any combination of body and suspension lift 4” or less, fuel injection, and a maximum tire size of 33”. Trail: A vehicle in the TRAIL class is any vehicle that does not fall into the STREET class. Vehicles may have any engine/transmission/transfer-case combination, combination of body and suspension lift more than 4”, and tire sizes larger than 33”. * AZIHR reserves the right to re-classify any vehicle. * Each vehicle may enter and win in only one class. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies may be awarded depending on number of entries. Terms and Conditions: All vehicles brought by participants to Arizona International Harvester Rendezvous (“AZIHR”) must be legally insured by the participant. Proof of insurance is required and any participant unable to provide proof of valid insurance upon request will be asked to leave the event. AZIHR and Sonora Desert Scouts, Inc., (“SDS”), all sponsors, US Forest Service, Arizona State Parks, and any of their members, agents, representatives, and employees shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, death, theft, loss and/or damage to participant’s vehicle, person, and/or property. The Participant shall hereby waive any and all rights that they may have against above referenced entities and/or persons for any such loss and/or damage. Participants shall follow all event rules set by the event management and said management will have final authority concerning event decisions. Participant must be 18 years of age or older. If Participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign and accept full responsibility for the participant’s actions. Drivers under the age of 18 who participate on trail rides must be accompanied by an adult in the vehicle at all times. |

Be a sponsor of the 2027 Arizona IH Rendezvous. Sponsorship Registration ends DEC, 2027 if you want to receive a t shirt, trophy or be included on the t-shirt. However, we can accept sponsorships at any time up to the day of the event. Sponsorship Packages: We offer four (4) tailored tiers to maximize your companies visibility. $100, $200, $300, $1000. Our $100 Sponsorship Level includes the following benefits: • Event Access: One (1) vehicle registration and two (2) Saturday dinner tickets. • Brand Marketing: Your business name featured on official 2027 AZIHR event programs. • On-Site Recognition: A custom Sponsor Trophy and recognition during the evening awards ceremony. Our $300 Sponsorship Level includes the following premium benefits: • Event Access: One (1) vehicle registration and two (2) Saturday dinner tickets. • Exhibitor Space: Dedicated vendor space to showcase your business at the event. • Brand Marketing: Your business name featured prominently on official 2027 AZIHR event programs and commemorative T-shirts. • On-Site Recognition: A custom Sponsor Trophy and recognition during the evening awards ceremony. • Perks & Activities: Three (3) general raffle tickets, a participant grab bag with an event T-shirt, entry into the Saturday peer-voted IH Truck Show, and the Saturday trail runs. Our $500 Sponsorship Level includes the following premium benefits: • Event Access: Three (3) vehicle registrations and Six (6) Saturday dinner tickets. • Exhibitor Space: Dedicated vendor space to showcase your business at the event. • Brand Marketing: Your business name featured prominently on official 2027 AZIHR event programs and commemorative T-shirts, and online social media postings. • On-Site Recognition: A custom Sponsor Trophy and special recognition during the evening awards ceremony, and throughout the event. •Perks & Activities: Five (5) general raffle tickets, two (2) participant grab bags with an event T-shirt, entry into the Saturday peer-voted IH Truck Show, and the Saturday trail runs. Our $1000 Sponsorship Level includes the following premium benefits: • All of the above, plus the entire event will be advertised as “Presented by: your company name and logo” on all advertising, social media, emails, flyer's and shirts. • On-Site Recognition: if wanted, ‘air time’ to talk about your company during the awards and or dinner events. •This will need to be purchased ASAP in order to facilitate printing, screening, logo placements, and other such social media digital needs. Please note: This event sponsorship is distinct from our corporate or family club memberships and does not include a newsletter advertisement this year. Campsite

Camping is available on-site for the 2027 AZIHR. You can purchase a spot to park and camp with us in the group. See our Rendezvous information page for detials.
Activities and Amenities: Vendor space is available, Bathrooms, High speed internet, large in ground BBQ pit, Hiking, Pets Allowed, no fireworks or guns allowed. . Hotel Accommodations are available in surrounding towns, a few miles from the rodeo grounds Campers who make the quick trip to the Phoenix area, will find restaurants, shopping and other conveniences. Scenic driving and outdoor recreation abound in the surrounding areas abound. The rugged and spectacularly beautiful country, ranging from saguaro cactus-studded desert to all types of hiking, biking and off road trails surrounding the Superstition Mountains. |
